Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered via FedEx within 3–5 business days. All parcels are shipped from Portugal. An official invoice is included with every shipment as required by international trade regulations.
Duties & Taxes
All duties and taxes are included in your checkout price. You will not be charged anything additional upon delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number.

This policy applies to all countries not listed above, including: United Kingdom, Canada, China, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Mexico, Thailand, Monaco, Lebanon, and all other destinations worldwide.
Processing Time

Duties & Taxes
Import duties and local taxes are not included in the checkout price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to FedEx upon delivery or through their online tracking portal.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority to understand applicable charges before placing an order. If duties remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any duties or taxes already paid to customs authorities are non-refundable.
